Procurement Manager Civils & Groundworks £60,000 Car Allowance or Company Car Package A well-established civil engineering contractor is looking for a hands-on Procurement Manager to take control of subcontract, plant, and materials procurement across multiple live sites. This role suits someone who understands how sites really run programmes, lead-in times, margins, and pressure . The role : Full control of civils procurement : groundworks, drainage, roads, utilities, plant & materials Letting subcontract packages, negotiating rates, and placing orders Managing long-lead items to keep projects moving Working closely with PMs, site teams, engineers & QSs Driving value, protecting margins, and solving problems before they hit site You : Proven procurement experience with a civils or groundworks contractor Commercially sharp and confident negotiator Understands build sequence and site pressure Organised, proactive, and straight-talking Package : £60,000 salary Car allowance or company car Full benefits package Long-term role with real responsibility and influence
