The role and what youll be getting up to on a day to day basis :
Were looking for a forward-thinking, technically astute leader to take on the role ofHead of Modern Workplace. This is a senior position with real influenceresponsible for shaping the strategy, delivery, and evolution of our Modern Workplace and End User Compute (EUC) services.
Youll lead a growing team of engineers and specialists, drive innovation across M365, device management, patching, and endpoint protection, and ensure our services continue to meet the needs of our clientstoday and tomorrow.
You will :
Leading and developing a high-performing technical team
Owning the strategy for Modern Workplace & EUC services across people, process, and technology
Acting as a senior technical escalation point and major incident specialist
Driving improvements in service quality, tooling, and reporting
Championing automation, infrastructure as code, and AI adoption
Collaborating across functions to support service transitions and client delivery
Who you are :
Proven leadership in managing large, multi-skilled technical teams
Deep understanding of infrastructure operations, end user compute, and service management
Strong communication skillsable to engage at all levels, including exec and board
Experience with tools like SCCM, Autotask Endpoint Manager, LogicMonitor, and patching platforms
A strategic mindset with the ability to balance innovation and operational excellence
A collaborative approach and a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others
