Head Of Sourcing

We're looking for a Head Of Sourcing to shape the future of Gymshark's supply chain. This role is all about creating and driving a world-class sourcing strategy — building powerful supplier partnerships, securing the best deals, and ensuring we deliver the innovative, high-performance products our community loves. What You'll Be Doing

• Driving and executing 3-year supplier strategies, ensuring capability, capacity, quality, and performance align with Gymshark's buy calendar.
• Leading vendor allocation, order placement, and raw material spend to deliver on business needs.
• Partnering with suppliers to review investments, manage commitments, and unlock technical and commercial opportunities.
• Building a fit-for-purpose supply chain and a sourcing strategy that connects Design, Materials, Merchandising, and Development to a shared vision.
• Owning sourcing calendars, processes, and policies — embedding responsible buying practices across the business.
• Delivering transparent, accurate costing documentation, reporting intake margin and spend to the wider business.
• Staying ahead of technology, market shifts, and regulations to guide new sourcing markets and categories.
• Managing supplier performance through scorecards, capacity targets, savings initiatives, and margin KPIs.
• Coaching and guiding your team, while also supporting supplier management and long-term relationship building.
• Travelling to factories to assess capabilities, drive re-engineering opportunities, and ensure product excellence.
