Junior Land and Planning - House Builder

Birmingham

£30-35k + package

I am working with a 5 star House Builder based in the West Midlands who are looking to strengthen its team with an ambitious recent graduate.

You would work closely with the rest of the team and report directly in the group Director. At the moment the region is buying a lot of land and also has a couple of large strategic sites that are coming through the system.

The business is one of the countries leading developers. The product is one of high quality and award winning schemes. As such the role will give you an opportunity to work on projects that will be of real interest.

You will be a graduate town planner or have some commercial planning or land acquisition experience who ideally has some working knowledge on residential planning applications.

You will be a bright, articulate and ambitious planner or land agent who wants to take control of their career and progress within a prestigious house builder.
