A place of escape, bursting with wildflowers, olive and mulberry trees, grassy lawns and hidden nooks. An Art Deco gem created in 1938, The Roof Gardens has a legendary legacy. The Roof Gardens’ community is united by open-mindedness, optimism and kindness, not defined by background.

The Role

We’re seeking a confident and charismatic Bartender to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you’ll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities :

• Previous experience as a Bartender in the luxury hospitality market
• Manage the day-to day bar operations as directed by the Bars Manager including pre-service set up and maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar at all times
• Prepare and serve drinks to members and guests according to club recipes, ensuring immaculate presentation and prompt service
