Overview

A Sous Chef is required in East Sussex for this beautiful and renowned country estate.

This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status – no sponsorship is provided.

This stunning property is set within acres of beautiful countryside providing amazing views and is home to a 2AA Rosettes restaurant.

You must have Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef experience within a 2AA Rosettes standard environment, and without this experience we unfortunately can’t consider your application.

The restaurant and kitchen have recently been redesigned with a high-spec kitchen installed so will be continuing your career in a great kitchen.
