Machine Operator

Overview

Location : Leicester, LE3 area. Contract type : Temporary. Working hours : rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines, load reels onto reel stand, sort printed products, segregate paper waste, and prepare it for disposal; identify correct paper for specific projects to produce a high standard of work on a paper enclosing machine.
• Adhere to company procedures including quality checks on each job and ensure relevant paperwork relates to each job; be reliable and able to work using your own initiative.
• Liaise with Shift Supervisors to ensure KPI targets and daily production goals are achieved; assist with the smooth running of the production department as required.
• Promote and support the growth of the business and maintain a positive team production environment.
• Promote and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Skills / Qualifications

Working Hours

We operate Panama Shifts - 06 : 00-18 : 00 and 18 : 00-06 : 00, rotating between days and nights.

Pay Rate

£13.52 per hour.
