The Role

Were looking for an experienced HSEQ Manager to provide hands-on leadership and expert guidance across our operations. Youll drive safety performance support compliance with ISO standards engage directly with teams and promote a strong proactive safety culture. Light-touch quality support is required but the primary focus is on Health Safety and Environmental leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visible HSE leadership across sites and projects
• Support risk assessments RAMS and safe systems of work
• Carry out inspections audits and incident investigations
• Track HSE performance and recommend improvements
• Support ISO 45001 / 14001 compliance and SSIP / client PQQ submissions
• Review subcontractor HSE documentation
• Deliver toolbox talks and promote behavioural safety
