Xpertise have partnered with a consultancy who are looking for a Change Manager to join their Global team. Below are some more details about the opportunity :

Job Title : Chnage Manager

Salary : £70,000 - £80,000

Location : Fully Remote

Key responsibilities in this role will include :

Formulate and execute change management strategies and plans to facilitate GBS and Shared Services transformations.
Oversee change management for digitalization and finance transformation projects, concentrating on P2P and O2C processes.
Perform impact assessments, pinpoint key stakeholders, and create communication and engagement plans to foster stakeholder involvement and alignment.
Design and implement change management training programs to ensure effective adoption and proficiency in new processes, systems, and working methods.

Experience needed :

Extensive experience working on Financial Transformation projects

expertise as a Change Management Consultant, specializing in GBS, Shared Services, Digitalization, and Finance Transformation.

Familiarity with a range of change methodologies and tools.
