Well-being and Activities Coordinator

Overview

The Well-being and Activities Coordinator will provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate residents’ physical, psychological, and social well-being. The role promotes the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents. You will plan and organise activities, events, and outings, while maintaining a safe living and working environment.

Main duties

• Identify the life history, needs, and preferences of residents by listening to them and their families to support the development of a detailed life story.
• Plan and submit a monthly activity and wellbeing plan and a weekly overview to the Home Manager.
• Arrange activities, events, and outings, encouraging involvement of staff, relatives, and visitors.
• Maintain a safe living and working environment, contributing to the positive and professional image of the home.
