An exciting new in-house legal opportunity has arisen for an Asset Finance lawyer to work in the legal team of a top-tier bank. You will work closely with the bank's asset finance division to support both legal and commercial transactional work.

The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of LMA architecture, various banking / finance documentation, and ideally motor finance documentation.

Responsibilities include working with a range of banking and transactional documentation, such as term sheets, operating leases, fund documents, and some regulatory elements.

The ideal candidate will have around 2-3 PQE and previous experience in the asset finance market. You should have good communication skills with external and internal stakeholders and some regulatory knowledge.
