Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our childrens residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and outcomes for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Requirements :

Management experience within young peoples residential services

RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to commence within 3 months)

Excellent working knowledge of Childrens Homes National Minimum Standards & The Childrens Act 2010

Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and remain calm under pressure
