Position : Multi Trade Operative

Salary : £30,000 - £33,000 Salary

Location : Wolverhampton

Contract : Permanent (PAYE)

Bonuses : Pension, Holiday Allowance + Van and Fuel Card

Think Recruitment are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative (Electrically Qualified) based local to Wolvohampton to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across properties across the Midlands

Duties will include :

• Carrying out Planned / Reactive Maintenance withing properties across the Midlands.
• You will be working in a mixture of Tenanted and Void properties.
• Works will be Basic Eectrical , basic Plumbing, Painting, Tieling
• You will also be required to carry out Snagging works once New Kitchens / Bathrooms have been installed.
