We currently have an opportunity for Bar and Restaurant Supervisors to join our team at Nottingham Forest Football Club .

This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2025 / 26 Football Season. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility.

We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. Ideally you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service.

Package Description

Bar and Restaurant Supervisor - £13.55 per hour

Flexible working - Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) which includes evening & weekend shifts

Main Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional service to our guests and managing staff
• Always Adhering to Food Safety alongside Health & Safety procedures.
• Completing relevant documentation as required by the company
• Reporting staff potential to the fixed Hospitality management team, to aid in supporting their progression
• Adhering to Food Allergens process and procedures.
• Confident and good knowledge to assist guests with queries alongside resolving any issues
• Leading and motivating a team, whilst driving a great guest experience and maintaining high service standards
• Opening / closing procedures of your allocated Hospitality area
