Trainee Immigration Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Immigration Consultant to join our client's team in Oxfordshire. This role is ideal for individuals with previous Legal Administration or Paralegal experience who are looking to build a career in immigration law. You will receive full training and support to develop expertise in UK immigration processes, assisting clients with visa applications, compliance, and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and submitting visa applications, sponsorship licenses, and other immigration-related documentation.
• Conduct legal research on immigration laws, policies, and case law.
• Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and case files in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Support senior consultants with case management and client correspondence.
• Monitor application progress and update clients accordingly.
• Stay up to date with changes in UK immigration laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Legal Administration or as a Paralegal (essential).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise workload effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
• A proactive and client-focused approach.
