Plumber Public Sector

As a Maintenance Plumber, you’ll be involved in :

• Plumbing Installations : Fit and maintain water, drainage, and gas systems for new builds and refurbishments, including social housing developments.
• Healthcare Upgrades : Work on high-spec projects like the Altnagelvin Emergency Department, installing medical-grade plumbing systems under strictpliance and tight deadlines.
• Mechanical Works : Carry out oil and gas-certified installations and maintenance, ensuring safe heating systems in residential and healthcare settings.
• Repairs & Maintenance : Respond to emergency call-outs and perform routine plumbing repairs across a variety of properties.
• Collaborative Working : Coordinate with electricians, carpenters, and other trades while promoting a safety-first culture through toolbox talks and mental health initiatives like “Tea & Talk.”
• Special Projects : Support bespoke tasks such as flood / fire reinstatement and retrofitting plumbing systems in listed buildings.
