Full-Time | Self-Employed Contract | OTE £80,000-£120,000+

The Role

They are rebuilding a brand-new national field sales team and need a hands-on National Sales Manager to lead the way. This is a rare opportunity to build from scratch :

• Recruit, train, and manage 12 Regional Sales Managers .
• Implement and enforce proven sales and marketing systems .
• Roll up your sleeves to drive results, especially in the early growth phase.
• Balance strategic leadership with day-to-day coaching of trainees .
• Shape the culture of an ambitious, high-performance sales organisation.
