About the team

We have a new opportunity for an Analysis and AI Product Lead to join our Digital team, part of our Product and Innovation group. We are on a mission to transform urban environments through data and insights, starting with our own business. We have developed Origin, a web-based platform that helps engineers and consultants make smarter decisions by gathering and reusing project design data and real-world building performance data.

About the role

We are developing several products under the "Analysis" banner within the Origin ecosystem, including :

• Kaleidoscope : A machine-learning tool for faster early-stage design analysis
• SAM (Sustainability Analytical Model) : A toolset for rapid simulation modeling and outputs

We seek a Product Lead with a broad background in ML, AI, simulation, data science, and research. Your experience in architecture, engineering, or construction, combined with digital product management, will be crucial in addressing our clients’ challenges. You will develop computational, ML, and AI features for Origin, prioritize features with stakeholders, and collaborate with developers to deliver and deploy these features. You will lead efforts to harness ML and AI for advancements in computation and engineering, working with the Director for AI and the wider Digital team to drive innovation.
