Your strategic insights will help ensure aid reaches those who urgently need it, improving transparency, effectiveness, and sustainability of our initiatives. Your guidance will strengthen IRCF’s ability to deliver essential humanitarian assistance, rebuild critical infrastructure, and provide vital social services. By supporting innovative projects like ClearAid, you will also help set new global standards for accountability and efficiency in humanitarian action.
What are we looking for?
We are seeking dedicated, experienced professionals to join our Board of Trustees at the Infrastructure Restoration Charitable Foundation (IRCF), a UK-registered charity (Charity Commission №1198977) focused on humanitarian aid, social support, and infrastructure restoration for communities severely impacted by war and crisis, primarily in Ukraine. As an IRCF Trustee, you will Provide strategic oversight and governance to ensure the effective delivery of humanitarian aid and social programmes. Support and guide the strategic implementation of innovative projects, including our ClearAid initiative, aimed at improving transparency, accountability, and effectiveness in global humanitarian operations. Contribute actively to quarterly board meetings, strategic discussions, and decision-making processes. Advise IRCF’s executive team on best practices in governance, financial management, fundraising strategies, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. Assist in building strategic partnerships with international and local organisations, private sector entities, governmental bodies, and communities to amplify IRCF’s impact and sustainability. We seek individuals who possess A strong commitment to humanitarian values and transparency. Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills. Experience in governance roles, ideally within charity or non-profit sectors. Understanding of international humanitarian issues, social aid delivery, or infrastructure restoration, especially in contexts affected by conflict or crisis. Trustees are expected to dedicate approximately 4–6 hours per month, including attending quarterly meetings (online or occasionally in-person in London) and participating in occasional strategy sessions or special events.

Infrastructure Restoration Charitable Foundation (IRCF), a UK-registered charity (Charity Commission №1198977), is actively seeking experienced Trustees to join our board, providing strategic guidance for our core humanitarian and social aid programmes. IRCF is committed to delivering emergency humanitarian assistance, social support services, and essential infrastructure restoration to vulnerable communities severely impacted by conflict and humanitarian crises. Our primary focus has been on Ukraine, where we operate through our locally registered Charitable Organization (Ukraine Infrastructure Restoration Charitable Foundation), formally partnering with more than 200 local communities to deliver practical aid and essential services directly to affected populations. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement and greater transparency, IRCF has recently developed an innovative technological platform called ClearAid, aimed at enhancing accountability and efficiency in humanitarian aid delivery. As a Trustee, you will Provide strategic oversight for IRCF’s core humanitarian, social, and infrastructure restoration activities. Advise on effective governance, financial stewardship, policy advocacy, and operational effectiveness. Contribute to the strategic direction of innovative projects, including ClearAid, enhancing transparency and accountability in humanitarian aid distribution. Participate actively in quarterly Trustee meetings and strategic discussions, bringing your professional skills and insights. Support IRCF’s senior leadership in fundraising, strategic partnerships, and advocacy efforts to scale our humanitarian and social impact. Skills and experience required (at least 3 years in one or more areas) Charity governance and strategic oversight Humanitarian aid and emergency response Social care and community support Infrastructure restoration and development Financial management, accounting, or fundraising Advocacy, public policy, or stakeholder engagement Time commitment Quarterly board meetings (online or occasionally in London). Occasional strategic advisory calls and special events. Anticipated monthly commitment approximately 4-6 hours.
