This is a permanent position and a great opportunity to join a well-established property maintenance team working across a variety of domestic and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will be a qualified electrician with solid experience in repairs and general maintenance. You’ll need to be confident working on-site, managing your own workload, and delivering high standards of work and service. Salary : £38,225 - £43,000.Electrician Key Responsibilities :

• Carry out electrical repairs and maintenance work across homes and commercial properties.
• Tackle a mix of planned jobs and responsive repairs, often involving other basic trades.
• Travel between properties as needed.
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach when dealing with tenants or clients on-site
• Keep accurate records of work and report any follow-up actions required.
• Maintain Health and Safety as per company protocols.Electrician What We are Looking For :
• Required Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Must have18th Edition wiring regulations and Testing & Inspection certification.
• A full UK driving licence.
