Food Technologist - Join a Growing Food Manufacturer!

The Best Connection is excited to be recruiting for a Food Technologist on behalf of a rapidly growing and innovative food manufacturer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that is passionate about quality, creativity, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Supporting NPD (New Product Development) projects from concept through to launch
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and legal requirements
  • Carrying out product testing, trials, and shelf-life assessments
  • Collaborating with production and technical teams to maintain the highest standards
  • Providing technical expertise to drive innovation and improvements

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems (HACCP, BRC, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for food innovation and continuous improvement
