Job descriptionClear, natural British accent is essential Candidates must be based in the UK and available to work during UK business hours Make outbound calls to a provided list of prospects Introduce and promote our products / services to potential clients Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and pass them to the sales team Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM with lead details and call outcomes Meet or exceed daily / weekly call and lead generation targets Follow scripts and guidelines while adapting to each conversation Handle objections professionally and keep conversations engaging Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or telemarketing Excellent communication and persuasion skills Confident phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable using CRM tools and call tracking systems Temporary contract until October 2025 Possibility of converting to a full-time job Competitive hourly rate or project-based pay Remote work Opportunity to gain further contracts based on performance
