Academic Coordinator, Part Time

Overview

The Academic Coordinator supports all IFSA programmes delivered from the London Centre. This position provides academic support for IFSA’s proprietary programme students, ensuring the highest degree of quality and student learning. The Academic Coordinator works closely with the local Academic team, Operations Manager, Student Experience team, and the Director. The Academic Coordinator supports several key areas of IFSA’s programmes in London : day-to-day operation of the IFSA London Centre; Student Academic Experience Journey; IFSA Faculty; and Student Learning and Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student progression and attendance, handle academic administration, and serve as the first point of contact in the IFSA Centre for queries from proprietary programme students.
• Be based in the IFSA London Centre Monday–Thursday and work from the Reception Desk; be the first person any visitor to the Centre will meet and ensure a positive first impression.

Working hours and location

Normal working hours are Monday–Thursday 8am–4pm (with 1-hour lunch break).
