About the Role :

• As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in :
• Supporting Nursery Nurses' in delivering high-quality education and ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them with their learning and development.
• Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Offering emotional and social support to students, helping even the shyest child feel confident and engaged.
