This is a full-time, permanent role, offering an exciting opportunity to shape the educational journey of our pupils in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that inspire and challenge all learners in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. Foster a safe, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning. Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and interventions as needed. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development and well-being. Contribute to the wider school community and take part in extracurricular activities or initiatives. Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and uphold the values and ethos of the school. What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in a primary setting (KS1 and / or KS2). A passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning with a creative and adaptable approach. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. A reflective and proactive practitioner committed to continuous professional development. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
