Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer  - Greenwich – Commercial Buildings – Permanent or Self Employed (CIS) -  up to £49,000 or up to £24 an hour cis

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in London. CBW are currently recruiting for a mechanical engineer to cover a few commercial buildings around the Greenwich / Blackwall tunnel area. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified mechanical engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E / Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across a few sites with their own van or car or foot mobile

Hours of work & Package

• Monday to Thursday - 07 : 30 - 17 : 00
• Fridays - 07 : 30 - 16 : 00
• £160 a month travel allowance
• Call out rotor 1 in 4 / 5 (£50 a week stand by charge for being on call, £100 call out fee for each call out and double pay for hours spent on call out door to door.
