About the role
We are a team of nurses providing Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapies (SACT) and supportive therapies for patients at all stages of their cancer journey in day unit settings to both Oncology and Haematology Patients. This post is based at our West Middlesex site. As part of the Trusts ongoing development a newly built Chemotherapy unit is under construction and is due to open in 2026.
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated nurses with an interest in Oncology / Haematology nursing. You will need to be experienced, reliable and have a flexible approach with a dynamic proactive leadership style. You will need sound up to date clinical skills. The successful candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a high sense of professionalism and a strong belief in the value of teamwork. Nurses within our Trust are expected to ensure that an individual programme of care is planned, implemented and evaluated for each patient within their own sphere of responsibility. They should work as part of the multidisciplinary team ensuring the delivery of a high standard of care to the patients.
Requirements include : First level NMC registration; post-registration experience; Oncology / Haematology experience; Chemotherapy experience; teaching and assessing qualification.
