Facilities Operative

Salary : £12.86 + 10% shift allowance (£14.15 per hour)

Contract : Full Time, Temporary (End date approx. Jan 2026, 37.5 hours per week)

Onsite Working : Rotating shifts - Week 1 : 6 : 00AM - 2 : 30PM , Week 2 : 10 : 00AM - 7 : 00PM (Mon–Thur), 10 : 00AM - 4 : 30PM (Fri). Weekend work may be required. Bank Holiday working.

We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Facilities Operative to join our facilities team, to support our warehouse and site teams in Glossop (SK13).

It’s a practical, day-to-day role focused on keeping our buildings, equipment and workspaces in top shape. From fixing equipment and maintaining office spaces to ensuring a safe environment, you’ll keep things ticking over behind the scenes. If you’re proud of a job done well and like putting your practical skills to good use, this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
