Reablement Worker (Liskeard)

What You’ll Be Doing: As a Reablement Worker, your role is crucial. You will be the first point of contact for individuals leaving the hospital, providing essential care that helps them get back on their feet. From personal care to medication administration, you’ll be a vital link in their journey to independence. This is a role that requires compassion, great communication, and a desire to make a difference every single day.

• An NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• A full, clean driving licence and your own vehicle (travel is required).
• Great communication skills.
