Salary £36K + Healthcare + pension + parking
As Human Resources Specialist you will do the following,
- Source, attract, and shortlist candidates for HR Operations and Regional Sales Management (RSM) roles
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the recruitment process with hiring managers
- Lead onboarding and ensure employees are set up for success from day one
- Apply HR policies fairly and consistently across all entities
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases in line with Group standards
- Support performance management : KPIs, appraisals, and career path planning
- Help design and deliver soft skills training and team-building activities
- Collaborate closely with Group HR and external partners (recruitment agencies, training providers)
The ideal Human Resources Specialist will need the following,
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years' experience in HR operations and / or recruitment
- Proven experience working in a multinational or multicultural environment
- Familiarity with African labour markets and HR practices
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and labour laws
- Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organised and compliant
