  • HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST
  • We're partnering with a leading multinational organisation to recruit an office-based Human Resources Specialist who will play a central role in HR operations, recruitment, and employee development across multiple regions.

    This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic business where you'll attract and onboard top talent, ensure HR compliance, and support the growth of diverse teams - with a particular focus on African labour markets and HR practices.

    Salary £36K + Healthcare + pension + parking

    As Human Resources Specialist you will do the following,

    • Source, attract, and shortlist candidates for HR Operations and Regional Sales Management (RSM) roles
    • Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the recruitment process with hiring managers
    • Lead onboarding and ensure employees are set up for success from day one
    • Apply HR policies fairly and consistently across all entities
    • Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases in line with Group standards
    • Support performance management : KPIs, appraisals, and career path planning
    • Help design and deliver soft skills training and team-building activities
    • Collaborate closely with Group HR and external partners (recruitment agencies, training providers)
    • The ideal Human Resources Specialist will need the following,

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 3-5 years' experience in HR operations and / or recruitment
    • Proven experience working in a multinational or multicultural environment
    • Familiarity with African labour markets and HR practices
    • Strong knowledge of HR policies and labour laws
    • Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organised and compliant
