We’re working in partnership with a well-established Children & Families service in the Manchester area to recruit a Family Contact Worker (Grade 4) to support some of the city’s most vulnerable children and families.

This is a rewarding frontline role, ideal for someone passionate about safeguarding, child development and family-focused practice .

The Role As a Family Contact Worker, you will play a vital role in facilitating, supervising and observing contact between children and their families, ensuring every interaction is safe, supportive and aligned with agreed care plans.
