Conveyancing Solicitor – Progression Opportunity

Location : Andover

PQE : 2+ Years

Salary : £38,000+ (DOE) + Clear Career Path

Are you an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor looking to join a friendly, progressive firm where your career can truly take off?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing practice in Andover with a clear route to step into a more senior position.

The firm is looking for a confident conveyancer with at least 2 years’ PQE who can manage a varied caseload independently, offer top-quality client service, and play an integral part in the long-term success of the department.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions
  • Managing files from instruction through to post-completion
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and other professionals
  • Providing clear, practical legal advice at every stage of the transaction
  • Identifying and resolving potential risks or issues throughout the conveyancing process
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to team growth and success

What We're Looking For :

  • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years’ residential conveyancing experience
  • Ability to handle a full caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong knowledge of all standard conveyancing processes and procedures
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and a genuine passion for property law
  • Interest in progressing into a senior / leadership position in the near future
