E-fulfilment Stock Control Supervisor

Location : Nantgarw

Role / Responsibilities :

To supervisor the daily performance of all colleagues within your team to ensure key performance indicators are achieved.

To oversee the all PI counts and other stock control functions within e-fulfilment operation.

To ensure the completion of Inventory targets in a timely manner across multiple e-commerce operations.

To efficiently and accurately manage the Stock Control team

To be responsible for the stock accuracy and to investigate discrepancies

To plan and manage the rota for meal breaks on a daily basis.

To ensure that absence percentages are monitored and return to work interviews are completed for all colleagues within your team.

To assist in the allocation and monitoring of holiday entitlements, ensuring that the appropriate paperwork is completed.

To assist in the evaluation of the overall performance of all colleagues within your team, ensuring feedback is provided informally / formally on a regular basis.

To maintain a safe clean and tidy working environment, ensuring that Health and Safety regulations are adhered to at all times.

To monitor and maintain systems and procedures for the safe use and care of all equipment and machinery within the e-fulfilment operation.

To assist in the identification of training needs for all colleagues within your area.

To assist in the evaluation of the overall performance of all colleagues within your team, ensuring feedback is provided informally / formally on a regular basis.

To ensure that all administration and documentation procedures relevant to your department are maintained.

To produce weekly and monthly performance reports for internal and external audit

To assist the Management Team in the application of the Company Stop & Search procedures.

Upon request of the Shift Manager to carry out any other ad hoc duties for the department.

Please note these positions follow a normal shift pattern i.e. 06.00 to 14.00 and 14.00 to 22.00 and will also include some weekend working and possible night shifts during peak trading
