Key Responsibilities :

Support teachers with the planning and delivery of lessons

Work 1 : 1 with pupils or support small groups to enhance learning

Foster a safe, inclusive and engaging environment

Help prepare classroom resources and maintain an organised space

Support children's emotional, behavioural and social development

Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and fellow staff

What We're Looking For :

Experience working with children (in school, youth work, care, or similar)

A genuine passion for education and helping children thrive

Great communication and teamwork skills

A proactive, flexible, and patient attitude

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)

Legal right to work in the UK
