Sales & Support Executive

Overview

Turbo Dynamics specialise in the supply, design, upgrade and repair of turbochargers and are looking for a committed individual to provide solutions and support to our customers, both existing and new. We work with the largest turbo manufactures, as well as designing our own solutions, for customers in various industries including automotive, motorsport, marine, industrial and agricultural.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Respond to incoming enquiries from both members of the public and trade customers, identifying the correct products and services to suit their needs
• Provide quotations to customers (retail and trade) on required work / products
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services
• Manage workflow of customer jobs through our factory from point of entry to job completion
• Liase with the on-site marketing team where necessary to ensure continued company promotion
• Attend shows / events where required
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns
