Insurance Advisor
I’m supporting a global organisation that’s looking to bring in an experienced insurance professional to help coordinate and improve their worldwide insurance programmes.
This is a fully remote role so would be ideal for someone looking for flexibility.
This is a great role for someone from a broker, insurer, claims or in-house risk team who enjoys data, process improvement, and collaborating across multiple countries.
Requirements
- Experience gained with an insurer, broker, or claims background
- Understanding of insurance programmes
- Strong grasp of insurable risks and risk management fundamentals
- Good analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
What You’ll Be Doing
This role supports the Head of Insurance with the coordination and improvement of global insurance activity, including :
Process & Systems
Improving insurance processes and supporting automation projectsStreamlining data collection and reporting across global systemsRenewals Support
Preparing underwriting dataSupporting strategy meetings with external brokersPolicy & Programme Management
Coordinating data for global policiesIntegrating newly acquired businesses into existing programmesMaintaining documentation, manuals, and intranet contentRisk & Claims Support
Reviewing claims trendsHelping identify coverage gaps or overlapsWorking with country Risk and Finance teamsBudgeting & Premium Allocation
Supporting premium allocation and invoicingUpdating budgets and managing currency conversionsCompliance & Reporting
Maintaining accurate recordsHelping with claims reports, audits, and insurance-related tax queries
