If you feel you have the skills and experience required then please apply for an immediate response!The Role you’ll be doing;As a Brazilian / Portuguese speaking Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for conducting professional calls on behalf of our clients to communicate complex information about new technologies, raise product awareness, and assess the requirements of prospective customers. Your key responsibilities will include :Conducting calls to generate high-quality leadsAcquiring, with training, a good knowledge of product features and applications, and utilizing this information efficiently in your communicationsUnderstanding the needs of prospective customers and reacting accordinglyMaintaining organized and detailed records of customer interactionsResearching contacts and considering their requirements prior to communicationSupporting your colleagues and working as a teamEmbracing our company valuesDelivering a very high standard of quality and professionalism at all timesAbout You;Native / Fluent in Brazilian / Portuguese is essential.Fluency in Spanish is preferred.Positive attitude and results-drivenGood team and interpersonal skillsConfidence to direct the course of a conversation and handle objectionsWell-organized and conscientious, with excellent attention to detailAbility to quickly learn new processesExperience in a call centre or any target-driven environment (lead generation, telesales, B2B, customer service, etc.)
