Job description

Job Title : Tech Lead (Ruby Backend)

Location : London, UK (Remote)

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Architect, design, and implement scalable backend solutions using Ruby.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements :

  • Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails and backend development.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Strong understanding of database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI / CD pipelines.
