We are working with a fast-growing digital payments and insights platform within the automotive industry. With a customer-centric product that is market-leading and multi-award-winning, this company supports over 5,000 automotive retailers, helping drivers manage motoring costs through flexible payment options. Their purpose is to enhance customer experience while supporting dealer profitability.

Having recently completed a successful Series B funding round, the company is expanding across Europe and is on a mission to become the leading automotive payment and insights platform. With offices in London, Sheffield, and internationally, they offer a collaborative, inclusive culture and a flexible working environment.

The Role

We\u2019re on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate CRM Manager to join the team in a full-time hybrid role, based out of the London or Sheffield office at least two days a week.

In this role, you\u2019ll take the lead on developing and executing CRM strategies that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. You\u2019ll own the end-to-end planning and delivery of CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to continuously refine the approach and uncover new opportunities for growth.

Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you\u2019ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across Growth, Product, and Customer Success to ensure CRM efforts are aligned, effective, and impactful.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement and increase retention rates
• Create campaigns for B2B users to engage and educate them on payment products, improving activation rates
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise retention flows
• Create, manage, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Build and maintain HTML templates for email marketing
• Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance, providing actionable insights
• Analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Implement and manage user segmentation strategies to deliver personalised experiences
