Job description

Due to continued growth within our Certas Energy Renewables Division, we have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team at our Warrington office as a Client Attraction Specialist. This is a Full Time and Permanent role working 37.5 hours per week.

Your role will be a key part of our newly established Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Business Unit to attract new landlord customers and develop a relationship pipeline business. This role will discuss the benefits of renewable solar energy technologies, determine their energy needs, discuss their energy usage, discuss the relationship with their tenants and book appointments for our Head of CRE Solutions. The chosen candidate will be representing Centreco’s tailored renewable energy solutions for the commercial landlord market, this is a compelling, professional business proposition.

We’re looking for :

  • B2B Contact Centre experience is desirable
  • Experience in appointment setting is essential
  • Self-confidence and good interpersonal skills
  • High degree of self-motivation and time management
  • Resilient, persistent and hardworking
  • Target driven / results orientated
  • Able to build the appropriate level of professional rapport with prospective customers is essential
  • Can handle customer objections confidently
  • Can manage customer interactions with empathy
  • Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise
  • Good listening skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • GCSE Maths and English a requirement
