Regulatory Reporting Manager | Leading Private Bank | Central London | Hybrid working – 3 days in
We’re recruiting for one of the best Private Bank / Wealth Managers in Europe looking for a Regulatory Reporting Manager to join their team. This role sits between the Head of Reg and the Regulatory Reporting team and is responsible for all capital, liquidity and BoE prudential returns. This is a management position, second in the Reg team, with an eye on succession planning.
Responsibilities
- Own the production and submission of regulatory returns (COREP, LIQREP, PRA110, ALMM, BoE, etc.)
- Responsible for horizon scanning, regulatory interpretations and devise methodologies
- Lead remediation and process improvement initiatives
- Enhance governance and data quality across reporting frameworks
- Support capital and liquidity forecasting and MI development
- Contribute to ICAAP, ILAAP, Pillar 3 and Annual Report disclosures
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes and interpret complex rules with confidence
- Coach and develop junior team members
Experience and Qualifications
A good level of experience in regulatory capital reporting within banking within a management roleStrong grasp of PRA, BoE, Basel, EBA standardsQualified accountant (e.g. ACA, CIMA) with a finance or accounting degreeAdvanced Excel skills (VBA knowledge is a plus)Solid understanding of banking products, finance, credit and treasury functionsAnalytical mindset with a knack for connecting the dots and solving problemsA proactive, solution-driven attitude and a collaborative spiritCompensation and Benefits
The Regulatory Reporting Manager is paying £100,000 - £120,000 dependant on experience. Other benefits include :
