Private Client Solicitor – Nuneaton

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Lawyer to join our clients established team in Nuneaton. This role is ideal for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with the ability to work independently on a broad range of Wills & Probate matters.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a caseload of Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and general Private Client matters
• Meet clients both in the office and at their homes when required
• Draft legal documents including wills, LPA forms, probate papers and estate accounts
• Maintain accurate file records and detailed attendance notes
• Produce high-quality legal work and ensure compliance with internal procedures
• Time record effectively and prepare bills in accordance with firm policies
• Support department meetings and assist colleagues as needed
• Handle all matters with professionalism, sensitivity and confidentiality
