Job descriptionHave a good understanding of HACCP, regulatory requirements, IFS / BRCGS / SEDEX Be up to date with all technical functions, QMS, internal & external audits, site non-conformances and specifications Lead on NPD / NPI and be up to date with all NPD functions – new product trials & launches, new packaging introduction Carry out internal audits, address non-conformances ensuring these are closed off in a timely manner Ensure specifications exist for raw material and packaging utilised across the site Maintain and update approved supplier lists

Job Summary
Responsible for all aspects of the company's technical administration function to enable the site's compliance to regulatory, food safety, and quality standards.

- Communicate with other relevant departments including the wider operations team.
- Keep the Technical Manager fully informed and up to date on any issues
