Our focus on SME and small-cap listed clients offers variety and learning opportunities for our team. You’ll have early access to CFOs and CEOs, engaging in complex conversations where your input truly matters. You won’t just be a small cog in an enormous machine. Instead, you’ll work across audits from start to finish, making a meaningful impact while building strong technical knowledge and leadership skills in project and client management. The Role

As an Associate Director, you’ll take responsibility for managing your own portfolio, working closely with partners to deliver exceptional results.

• You’ll manage an entire client portfolio, including a variety of companies.
• You’ll plan and deliver audits on time, on budget, and to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with listing requirements.
• You’ll assist with advice on technical matters, particularly for clients operating under more stringent regulatory frameworks.
• You’ll develop client relationships, acting as the principal contact for CFOs, CEOs, and boards within your portfolio.
• You’ll manage, mentor, and train team members, providing performance management and career development support.
• You’ll identify new business opportunities to support client relationships and growth at Gravita.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience :

We’re looking for someone with deep experience of running a portfolio, in addition to being ACA or ACCA qualified, you’ll :
