Key Responsibilities

As a Corporate Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering deals and advisory projects, working closely with the Head of Corporate Finance and our fantastic client base.

You’ll get involved in :

• Managing a variety of corporate finance projects – business sales, acquisitions, valuations, fundraising
• Preparing business plans, financial models, and information memoranda
• Supporting clients through due diligence and negotiations
• Building strong relationships with clients, funders, lawyers, and intermediaries
• Contributing to the growth of the team and helping to win new business
