Warehouse Manager

Hexagon Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established transport and logistics business, for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager. This role requires strong operational leadership, excellent organisational skills, and

essential experience using Clarus warehouse management software .

Youll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a fast-paced pallet and distribution warehouse, ensuring efficient loading, accurate stock control, operational safety, and seamless communication with Transport, Admin, and Customer teams.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Warehouse Operations

• Lead all inbound and outbound pallet operations.
• Manage warehouse staff, including shift planning, performance monitoring, and training.
• Oversee loading / unloading of vehicles, ensuring accuracy and adherence to schedules.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organised warehouse areas at all times.
