Key Responsibilities- Support Engineer

Conduct technical investigations and address scheduling challenges

Facilitate customer visits for returned units

Manage customer expectations and project timelines

Create and maintain aftermarket technical documentation

Work closely with internal teams to enhance and refine products

Key Experience & Qualifications - Support Engineer

Strong practical engineering and troubleshooting skills

Exceptional communication abilities

Customer-facing commercial awareness

Engineering qualification desirable
