Year 1 Teacher - Primary School in Brent

Start Date : September 2025

Contract : Full-time (with the potential for a permanent position)

Salary : MPS1 - UPS3 (depending on experience)

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated teacher looking for your next opportunity in Key Stage 1? A welcoming and supportive four-form entry primary school in the London Borough of Brent is seeking a talented Year 1 Teacher to join their dedicated team from September 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver inspiring and engaging lessons tailored to the needs of all learners.

  • Work closely with the Year 1 team to deliver the Key Stage 1 curriculum effectively.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.

    • Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - PGCE, Bachelor of Education, or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in KS1 (Year 1 experience desirable but not essential).
  • Strong classroom management with a warm, inclusive teaching style.
  • Reflective, adaptable, and committed to professional growth.
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a supportive and dynamic environment.
