Job description

An English Teacher or Tutor is required for a good secondary school in the Gateshead area. You will deliver English to Key Stages 3 and 4. This role will operate afternoons only 1.30pm to 5.30pm but will be paid as a full time position beginning in September The school is single sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.

The ideal English Teacher or Tutor candidate would :

Have good classroom management skills
Have a passion for teaching English
Have excellent subject knowledge
Be able to organise themselves
Be able to plan effective, engaging English lessons.

We are keen to hear from both experienced teachers or ECTs.
