What you will be doing :
- Management of the customer service department to ensure high standards of client satisfaction
- Overseeing a diverse portfolio of Key Accounts and clients
- Supervision of a team including reviews, development, coaching and training
- Involvement with invoicing, pricing and more complex customer service issues
- Collaboration with a number of other departments
What you will need to succeed :
Exceptional customer service / account management experienceProven track record within a similar role from a production or engineering backgroundExperience working with a technical product rangeStrong staff management skills including training and mentoringGreat attention to detail, numeracy skills and the ability to lead by exampleExcellent communication skills as you will be dealing with a variety of internal departments and clientsWhat you will receive in return :
